Loan Process

At Loan Bliss we have made the mortgage loan process quick, easy and painless
– Begin by going through the intuitive loan application, which only takes a few minutes
– Next, upload your income and asset documentation via our secure upload in your borrower portal
– Our loan team will immediately review your qualifying credentials, your credit report, analyze your debt to income and attain the automated underwriting approval
– A seasoned loan officer will in turn send you a pre-approval letter by email and send a copy to your secure portal.  As you navigate through the home buying process, you can request a new approval letter at any time for any property

Now you can start shopping for a home that fits your budget and meets your needs!

When you find your perfect home, you will then make an offer to purchase and negotiate the terms of the sale with the seller

– Once your offer is accepted/under contract, processing and the settlement agent do their diligence to facilitate the closing
– We will then submit your application and accepted offer to underwriting
– During the underwriting process, we will order an appraisal to determine the value of your new home
– The lender will provide a conditional loan approval which will require conditions to be met by all parties involved
– Once the conditions are met, the underwriter will issue the clear to close
– From there, the closing documents will be sent to the closing agent and they will coordinate the signing 
– Next, you will wire your closing funds to the title company and the lender will fund your loan

Finally, the sale will be recorded with the county and your new home will officially be yours
